Socialite Judith Heard is in trouble after Mukasa, a bodaboda cyclist she knocked down last Thursday night, vowed to take her to court for damages.
Judith almost cost Mukasa his leg after she knocked him along Jinja road and sped off towards Namuwogo in her Audi Q7 leaving the cyclist on the ground crying for help.
Mukasa who was rescued by colleagues that rushed him to Mulago Hospital, says that Judith will have to compensate him with over shs 20million since he might not be able to do his job again.
The case has already been filed under registration number; TSD:02/04/06/2015 at Kampala CPS. According to Patrick Onyango, Kampala Metropolitan Police publicist, Judith will be arraigned in court to answer to charges of violating traffic rules and causing bodily harm to Mukasa.
