Model and Socialite Judith Heard failed to make it to the Miss Uganda North America Pageant over the weekend where she was set to be a judge.
The mother of two took to social media on Saturday August 1, to convey her apologies to the organizers of the pageant for the last minute snub, saying she had been very much looking forward to it.
However; Judith Heard did not reveal the exact reason why she bailed out of attending the pageant.
The Miss Uganda North America Pageant took place last Friday August 31, at Hyatt Regency Bellevue in Seattle Washington.
