City Socialite Judith Heard’s financial woes have worsened. She has moved her “Flaunt your style” boutique to Village mall Lugogo after failing to get the customers she had expected to get at Forest Mall, Lugogo. Most businesses are closing shop at the mall for lack of customers.

Hello Uganda reports that she has been making losses from the point she moved to Forest Mall. At one point, she decided to wear the clothes herself.

Her boutique which she moved last month is now located in Shop F03 at Village Mall in Bugolobi.
