Gospel singer and Buikwe MP aspirant Judith Babirye has allegedly run broke, according to reliable sources.
The singer who is currently canvassing her home district Buikwe for votes is said to have splashed all her savings on the campaigns and has lately been seeking financial support from friends to see her successfully complete her campaigns.
The Mama singer is reported to have hit a money lenders office, who is also a friend, recently to get more cash to finance her campaigns.
“She is not doing well lately but that time comes for everyone. She will get back on her feet after the campaigns obviously,” a friend on the campaign team told this website.
Meanwhile, the singer has suspended all gigs until after February so she wont be making any monies until then.
