The 2016 election period is inching closer and aspirants are making their intentions known as they familiarize with their due supporters.
Gospel singer Judith Babirye who aspires to be the next Member of Parliament for her home district has embarked on charity drives in her home area.
The “Nzijukira Mukama” singer recently held a free medical camp that reportedly attracted hordes of locals to receive free treatment and medical advice.
Judith Babirye could not hide joy at the success of her drive. She said, “We wish to thank Colonel Felix Kulaigye and the Buikwe District Lc5 Chairperson f0r supporting us during our Free Health Medical Camp at St. Francis Hospital, Nyenga. We were able to reach out to more than 3000 people. We believe that a health mind is a wealthy mind. God bless you all.”
