The Grammy Award nominee was meant to be at Guvnor for a meet-and-greet party with his fans but unfortunately he was a no-show. However Norman Brown, the other artiste performing with him at the jazz safari showed up and graced the party.

Tshaka Mayanja, the organiser of the concert informed us that Joe was still held up in rehearsals at Serena Hotel and by 1am as his fans patiently waited for him in vain.
