Jazzville, a popular Bugolobi based restaurant and bar which has been closed for several months for unclear reasons has re-opened. Word on the street is that it had to do with noise pollution.
Kampala City Council Authority swung into action and closed it. But last Friday it opened its doors again to the public and its resident band Code 9, was on hand to celebrate the re-opening.
