UK based Ugandan singer/producer Japa Dollar has started shooting the Hakuna Matata video. The shoot commenced today in Bukasa, a Kampala suburb.
Japa Dollar who landed in the country a fortnight ago has been showcasing his talent across the country in several gigs and attending as many interviews as possible on several local radio and TV stations including UBC and WBS, responding to queries from Ugandan fans. This is where the inspiration to make the video for the Ugandan fans came from.
According to the recent interviews, Japa Dollar realised that Ugandan fans were not easily picking and dancing to the tune and dancing strokes in the 100% video thus resolving to work on a video project targeting the Ugandan market in order to entertain his fans in the country.
Because he needs to get excellent results, the video is expected to be released a few months from now.
