Nyanda who was last in Uganda in 2007 with her sister Nailah, lands tonight at Entebbe Airport for a concert this Saturday on Women’s day.
The Jamaican sensation of the Brick and Lace fame will perform live for a crowd at Garden City roof top on 8th March 2014.
The ‘slippery when wet’ singer will be joined by a host of top female artistes among whom will be Cindy, Fille, Sheebah Karungi, Brenda Nambi and Jackie Chandiru. She recently did a remix of her song with Cindy.
GNL Zamba the director Baboon forest will also be at the show to do his own rendition of one of Nyanda’s songs.
Nyanda has had a warm pot of blessings in Uganda after scooping the role of ambassador with Reach A Hand Uganda, an NGO. The concert will go for 20,000shs and 50,000shs. It starts at 4pm.
