There was drama last Wednesday at Imperial Royale hotel when self-proclaimed city Casanova Jack Pemba and fashionista Sylvia Owori got cozy in public. It was at a cocktail dinner organized to officially welcome back body builder Ivan Bwekwaso after winning a body building world title in USA.
Pemba being the body builder’s manager was all over guests telling them how he is doing well with his client and all that time he was hand in hand with Owori as they went cozy at intervals.
We are not sure which exceptional traits Pemba has but he is getting on well with ladies lately. He was a few weeks back seen getting too close to the Tooro queen Best Kemigisha.
