The grand-father of Radio Alex Ndawula has finally been given the boot from the station and told to make way for his grand-children to take-over. Alex Ndawula who was taken by surprise could not believe what he was reading on his emails and by mistake, he forwarded them to the BigEye.ug mail address (editor@bigeye.ug).
However sources at the station also note, that Ndawula was very disrespectful of his supervisor and thought he was a know-it-all. He never showed even a grain of respect to Caroline. Ndawula was first booted from the Over Drive show and was only presenting just one hour everyday from 6pm-7pm. Currently he does mixes for an hour from 6:00m-7:00pm. Previously, Alex was on air from 3.00pm-7.00pm alongside Lucky Mbabazi and Patrick Salvador who recently quit.
These mails were between Pike and Caroline demoting Ndwaula. They date as far back as 2012.
BigEye.ug takes out time to bring them to you.

As per our discussion on Friday, I think we need to have a serious
discussion on whether to retain the services of Alex.
We can discuss when I am in Kampala on July 11/12.

William,
We have just concluded our meeting with Alex.
It was an arduous task.
Overall, he thinks the decision is highly unfair, he also says that he’s
Being minimised with a view of terminating him altogether etc.
George will write to him about the change and when it takes effect,
including outlining a fresh job description.
I think that when you are next up, we need to sit down with Alex
openly and let him know how his career is likely to pan out at
Capital, also and once again, openly, talk about
his plans after Capital. And Capital Radio’s support etc.
Caroline
