Uganda’s Jazz pioneer, Isaiah Katumwa will miss this year’s edition of the Nile Gold Jazz safari.
The self-taught saxophonist who has converted many to jazz told us that he was sad to miss the event because he is currently in America working on some projects.
“Dreams can really be tough but what should keep us going are those little signs of hope along the way whispering ‘Keep Going’, ‘Yes You Can’. I am in Beverly Hills. I am so sad am missing out on the ‘The Annual Nile Gold Jazz safari’ this October enjoy the great music,” he said.
The 9th annual Nile Gold Jazz & Soul Safari will be ‘powered’ by partners GUVNOR Uganda.
