The Uganda premier league (UPL) will resume tomorrow (24th October) as Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) FC host Entebbe FC at the Metah Stadium in Lugazi. After successfully taxing Sports Club Victoria University (SCVU), URA will be hoping to carry the same form when they host Matia Lule’s side, Entebbe FC.
The “Tax Collectors” will be looking forward to capitalize on their home advantage to tame struggling Entebbe FC who have also won one game in their five opening games of the UPL season just like URA FC. Entebbe FC lie in the relegation zone of the 16-team log with 4points from 5games that leaves them 14th on the table.
Alex Isabirye will be looking to place his trust in Robert Ssentongo who scored their only goal on Tuesday against SCVU together with the likes of Augustine Nsumba and Saidi Kyeyune to torment their guest, Entebbe FC. After climbing out of relegation zone, the five record champions will be fighting not to slide back. URA are 9th on the table with 6points from five games.
Matia Lule will look to his in-form striker Alosious Lubega to lead his attack, winger Lawrence ‘Lorenzo ’ Bajja to make their runs from the midfield, Moses Ssekasana, defender Azizi Mugonza and team skipper Sunday Mukiibi for inspiration as they hunt for at least a point in Lugazi.
