Iryn Namubiru condemns domestic violence after Leila Kayondo incident

Following an incident that resulted into Leila Kayondo being allegedly beaten by her ex-lover and Kampala tycoon, SK Mbuga, different celebrities have come out to condemn the act as barbaric.

Although we are not yet sure whether SK Mbuga is the one who attacked and beat up Leila or Leila hit her head against the wall when SK Mbuga was taking away his property from her, one thing remains clear that Leila is currently hurt.

Speaking about the issue, Iryn said that violence in a home is a thing of the past and should never find its way in the modern relationships. He called on Ugandans to say no to violence. “Say no to domestic violence my dear Ugandans. Do not keep quiet about such issues. If it happens once, it will happen again to you and you just need to rise up and say no to domestic violence, Leila Kayondo sorry about what happened,” Iryn noted.

Leila claims that SK Mbuga hit her last night. SK claims that she has a lot of property and she hit herself to make him look bad when he went to pick it. He also says that she is a player who has been playing him with many city men. We will keep you posted.
