Golden Band singer Catherine Kusasira is in for another bloody war with fellow musician Iryn Namubiru over H.E Y.K Museveni’s campaign songs project. This came about when artists were invited for a dinner with the President last week at Speke Resort Munyonyo to officially hand in their project to the president that even saw two of Uganda’s super divas, Iryn Namubiru and Juliana Kanyomozi, that were not earlier contracted in this project also handing in their different songs that were also appreciated by the President and they were also paid.
Coincidentally, it at this moment that Catherine who had also recorded a song for the president came to hand in the project to the president, but unfortunately she did not succeed. Kusasira now claims her nemesis Namubiru is the one to blame.
Talking to our sources earlier today, Catherine angrily said, “What does this fake lady want from me, I have just been released from jail where she put me and now she is standing in my way trying to bring down all my deals where I can get some good money.”
It should be remembered that these two have been feuding recently regarding Lyto Boss’ song ‘Anjagala’ that even resorted to Catherine’s imprisonment.
