Irene Ntale is officially off the market! The celebrated artist said “Yes” to Vincent Kalibbala, popularly known as Kalis, during a romantic proposal at Sipi Falls in Kapchorwa.
Kalibbala made the grand gesture by getting on one knee and asking the life-changing question, to which Ntale responded with a joyous “Yes.”
