When she chose 28th August as the date for her maiden concert, singer Irene Ntale didn’t know that the date would become one to fight for. Unfortunately for the ‘Gyobera’ singer and her Swangz Avenue management, the same date was chosen by promoter BK (the same promoter who staged the Radio and Weasel Vs Bebe Cool battle on the day when Busy signal was live in Kampala in 2013) to hold a battle between Jamaican stars, Konshens and Busy Signal.
Following the latest developments, Irene Ntale’s management and promoter have decided to postpone her show that was supposed to take place at Hotel Africana to a date and venue that will be announced later.
Although Irene made the announcement of her show early this year, she was not ready to fight for the date and she believes that she can do better on a date that is free and all the attention is on her.
