The announcement was made by Dr. Lawrence Muganga, the Vice Chancellor of Victoria University, during an interview on Ugandan local TV station, BBS Terefayina. The university, having recently hosted a memorable musical battle between local stars Cindy and Sheebah, is now gearing up to elevate the entertainment scene by bringing in these international music icons.
