A friend is one that knows you as you are, understands where you have been, accepts what you have become, and still, gently allows you to grow.
This is so in Ugandan legendary singers Jose Chameleone and Bebe Cool who are now walking almost 25years together as friends.

Despite cracking many misunderstandings in a variety of spheres of life, Uganda’s musical lions’ relationship has always returned firmer after sometime.
News indicates that Bebe Cool and Jose Chameleone’s relationship has regained momentum after almost two years of back-benching each other.
This follows Jose Chameleone’s move of re-seeking his seat in Bebe Cool’s longtime political party, National Resistance Movement (NRM).
It comes in at the same time, Chameleone is being gifted with a brand-new lavish ride, Range Rover Sport 2020 Vogue by an NRM supporter, a one Toyota.
According to Bebe Cool and Jose Chameleone, one of the outstanding milestones that they are grateful for, is the foundation they laid Uganda’s music industry.
“Allah gave us an opportunity to be who we are so that we can share the same opportunity with humanity. Am always proud and exceptionally happy when we meet and share memories that gave light to what most will enjoy. I will always respect you Gen Jose Chameleone for you deserve it,” Bebe Cool posted.
“The God Fathers of the Creative Industry are Alive and Kicking. This wasn’t started today, Long time ago with so many sacrifices and built a remarkable milestone that has paved way for many talented youths beyond borders. We shall continue to serve with our outmost loyality 4,” Jose Chameleone stated.
It should be recalled in 2019, Jose Chameleone made public his political ambitions of contesting for the Kampala Lord Mayorial seat in the 2021 General Elections.
He also quit NRM to join the Democratic Party where he based to seek an entry in Bobi Wine’s National Unity Platform (NUP).
Unfortunately, NUP denied Jose Chameleone chance to stand for the Lord Mayorship post on its ticket.
This prompted Chameleone to check-in as an independent candidate in the elections up to date when he is making up his mind as a NRM’s prodigal son.
Apparently, Chameleone is having a stunning reception from his longtime friend Bebe Cool.
