Songstress Iryn Namubiru has expressed interest in being part of local movie projects. The “Anjagala” hitmaker has revealed that she wants to venture out into acting.
Speaking in a recent interview, Iryn opened up about her love for acting and revealed that she is already talking to different influential figures in the local movie industry for an opportunity to showcase her talent.
“Acting is not something new to me. I used to play in dramas during my early years in high school,” she said, adding; “I want to start acting again and I am already in contact with some of the key figures in the local movie industry.”
She, however, noted that her plans to pursue a career as a movie star have been impeded by different individuals who don’t seem to take her serious.
