Jail bird Bad black who was sent to the coolers after being found guilty of fraud is a changed woman. The former party animal who would paint Kampala red every time she staged a party and give away free money to friends says that she has learnt a lot from prison and now wants to lead a clean life.
Speaking to a local tabloid, Bad Black said that she now has only two friends in the world and is ready to lead the life of a saint after serving her sentence.
“I only have two friends in the world right now. One is here with me in prison, the other is out there and he is called Kimuli. He is the only one who has stood by me and I don’t want to disappoint him when I leave this place,” she said.
“There are some things I would never have learnt if I was not in prison. Life here has made me a very different kind of person. I now have a lot of discipline and patience and this will help me change,” she added.
Fellow inmates also revealed that Black is a changed woman who is ready to re-join society. “She has changed, she values people’s lives. The only problem is that when we enrolled her in prisons school she only attended for a few days before dropping out. She cannot stay in one place for a long time and has a short attention span,” the friend added.
Clearly prison has a way of changing people and making them different and we are glad that Black is now in a different league. We cannot wait to see her out of jail.
