Ugandan singer, Eddy Kenzo has spoken out on the alleged rift between him and other local artistes especially the long-established musicians such as Bebe Cool and Chameleone.
Kenzo, who was addressing a press conference at Hotel Africana in Kampala ahead of his upcoming ‘Mbilo Mbilo’ concert to be held at the same venue on August 14, noted that the veteran artistes need to respect the new artistes and their work, arguing that they have worked so hard to prove their worth.
“This should be clear; I do respect Jose Chameleone and Bebe Cool as our elders. However, I disagree, more so, with Bebe cool and his practice of suppressing and despising new musicians,” Kenzo told journalists.
