Wahu lost her father 3 years ago, a day after she turned 33 years. Therefore each year she turns a year older she makes sure to celebrate her dads life the next day immediately after her birthday.
Well after turning 36 years just recently, Wahu also celebrated her late dad’s life on 24th March as a way to keep his memory alive now that he is gone.
The singer jotted down a warm message to her dad and shared it through her gram. Judging from how she put the message, Wahu still misses her dad and has not yet gotten over his death. She wrote to say,
My oh my. How I miss you dad. You’ve been gone for over 3 years now, but I can’t help but miss u so much. I know you would have called me at 6am when I was born to wish me happy birthday. Don’t worry mom did. You’d think by now I’d have stopped crying. That I’d be used not having you around…but I’m not dad. I miss u. Death sucks!!!! Death freaking sucks!!! And I miss u so much.
