Jaguar

Popular Kenyan singer Jaguar has rubbished Internet rumours that he’s dead!

Earlier today, a certain unreliable blog sensationally reported that the Going Nowhere hit star had passed on following a horrific road accident along the Nakuru-Nairobi highway .

However, the story was nothing more than a hoax, as Jaguar has since come out to say that he’s alive and kicking.

In a statement to media houses Tuesday afternoon, Jaguar said in part: “Let me start by apologising to all who may have been adversely affected by the rumors going round that I died after being involved in a car accident.

“I would like to assure you that I am alive and well, going about my work.

“Kindly ignore any texts messages going round suggesting the same.”

The singer, who is also a director at NACADA, sought to sympathise with the “victims” of the said accident.

“If indeed the accident took place today I share my sincere condolences with friends and families of those who may have been affected by it.”

He said that he had since made contact with “relevant authorities who are investigating the matter to get the person(s) behind the article and the website.”
