Humphrey Nabimanya, the visionary Chief Executive Producer behind iconic projects like Sabotage, Kyaddala, When You Become Me, and the prestigious iKon Awards, has announced a bold and inspiring slate of films set to premiere in 2025.

Nabimanya has teamed up with some of Uganda’s finest filmmakers on the new films, underscoring his unwavering commitment to collaboration and sending a powerful message: collaboration is the key to unlocking the full potential of Ugandan cinema.

The 2025 lineup is nothing short of extraordinary, featuring standout projects that promise to leave audiences spellbound. First, there’s The Unforgivable, produced by Matovu Martin Eric, a raw and emotional TV drama that dives deep into the complexities of the human experience.

Next is Wuuzi, produced by David Mukama, a suspense-filled masterpiece packed with unexpected twists to keep viewers on the edge of their seats. Rounding out the trio is Operation Ssalongo, produced by Denis Dhisooka Junior, a bold, conversation-sparking feature that is already generating buzz as a must-see.

Adding even more flavor to the slate is the highly anticipated Kampala Galz TV series, produced by Director Bash (Muyanja Bashir), alongside Isa Masade’s production titled Mama Wange.

With such diverse and dynamic projects on the way, audiences can expect a mix of heart, thrill, and authentic storytelling that reflects Uganda’s vibrant culture. The films will be aired on Kwiso TV, a streaming platform which is launching on Afromobile soon.
