Hon. Balaam, the State Minister for Youth and Children Affairs, has taken a step in supporting Pius, popularly known as Queen Bianca.

During a meeting with the young boy and his guardian, singer Henry Mwanje, Balaam addressed the controversy surrounding Pius’s adoption of a female character and pledged to cover his school fees.

The minister officially entrusted Pius to Mwanje’s care, recognizing him as the boy’s guardian.

This decision follows intense public scrutiny sparked by media personality Kasuku, who criticized Pius’s behavior and called on Mwanje to encourage him to embrace his identity as a boy while ensuring he gets an education.

Balaam ordered them to go to CPS and make an official statement about their agreement.
