Homes Expo 2025 launch

By Our Reporter

On July 29th, 2025, the Tourism Centre at Sheraton Hotel Kampala transformed into a hub of innovation, vision, and possibility as Homes Expo 2025 officially launched under the theme: “The Future of Real Estate.”

An exclusive, invite-only event, the expo brought together leaders, dreamers, and doers for a day that challenged the status quo and painted a bold picture of what’s next for the property sector.

The day began with a powerful panel session where five industry heavyweights Mr. Atinirmal G from Dubai, Moses Lutalo, Lillian Kiwanuka, Lazarus Mugabi, and Annet Babigamba took the stage, exploring four pillars reshaping the real estate world: investment, design, modern construction, and sustainability. From real estate as a hedge against inflation, to culturally inspired architecture and green building as the new standard, the panel discussion sparked curiosity with every insight.

Guests were then treated to private one-on-one sessions with Yogi Group International, led by their visionary CEO Mr. Atinirmal G., who also delivered an inspiring presentation on Yogi international Real Estate Dubai’s commitment to sustainable, high-value developments across the region.

By evening, the atmosphere was electric, not just from what had been discussed, but from what had been ignited. The full Homes Expo will take place from 6th to 7th September at Sheraton Hotel.
