Jackee-Harry

An American actress famed for her roles as Sandra Clark in a US popular TV Series Club 227, and as Lisa Landry on the sitcom Sister, Jackee Harry, will be coming to Uganda come this very year in December to grace the Nile Diaspora Film Festival.

This really explains where the film industry in Uganda seems to be heading. It should be remembered that last year, the same festival jetted in one of the popular Black American actress Tonya Lee who shared some knowledge with our local film makers on how they can improve on their production and be able to sell their movies on the international market.

According to the CEO NDIFF, Phad Mutumba, this Hollywood guest will be the guest of honor and will carry out a one week seminar with the film makers in Uganda.

Meanwhile, entries for the above festival are going on already awaiting the announcement of the date that the festival will take place.
