Nigerian music lovers are about to witness a media/artiste face off as Peter Okoye of the popular duo P-Square confirms beef with music TV station, Sound City.
The pop star doesn’t give exact reason for the beef, but he announced on twitter that Sound City deliberately refuses to put P-Square’s musical contents on their station.
“Dear fans, we see your complains about the absence of our videos on @SOUNDCITYtv, just to clear the air they refuse to play us,” P-Square’s Peter Okoye tweeted.
To make the scenario worse, he implored fans to cease from watching Sound City and tune in to other music stations like MTV Base, Trace Urban and HipTv if they want to watch P-Square’s videos.
He added: “Pls keep watching us on other reliable channel like Mtvbase, HipTv, Tracetv, Afropop and other terrestrial channels. Thanks for the love.”
As at the time of this report, Sound City had not made any comment on the issue.
