GoodLyfe Duo: Radio and Weasel.

By Lee Osbourne

Goodlyfe singers Radio and Weasel recently cut ties with Nile Breweries even after they released a song late last year promoting Nile Breweries products dubbed “Saawa ya beer”.

The song, which was sponsored by Nile Breweries, was launched at a party that was held at Club Silk by the duo that saw revellers being treated to free drinks.

According to our sources, the two fell out after Nile Breweries who had earlier promised to sponsor the duo’s upcoming Omwana Wa Bandi concert to a tune of Ugx 150million failed to fulfill their promise.

This is said to have forced Radio and Weasel to choose their rivals Heineken among their main sponsors thus ignoring Nile Breweries that had earlier shown interest in sponsoring the show.
