Liquid Silk Bugolobi was recently in the news for the wrong reasons after a CCTV video footage from the establishment was leaked online, to the shock of many.

In the leaked video, Vision Group CEO, Robert Kabushenga is seen purportedly having tea with city lawyer David Mpanga, who is part of the lawyers in Sudhir’s court case filed against him by Bank of Uganda for allegedly embezzling over Shs400bn from Crane bank.

It is alleged that the two had met so that David Mpanga could leak more of Ruparelia Group’s woes to the Vision Group CEO.

Following the leaked video, many individuals have come out to castigate Liquid Silk management, with many thinking them reckless in their trade.

We have now established how the CCTV footage got into the hands of the public. Our sources have intimated to us that the footage was leaked by two IT officers at Liquid Silk.

According to our sources, the IT officers were approached with a tempting offer for a 2-day footage under the pretext of specifically tracking down one woman, to which they agreed and gave out the footage.

The two IT officers had been led to believe that none of the footage would see the light of the world, only for it to be leaked days later.

Snoops revealed that the leaked video was an attempt to frame the Vision Group CEO and soil his reputation.

The two IT officers have since been apprehended for stealing and leaking information and are said to be held at Jinja Road police station.
