Diamond Platnumz and his South African friend AKA got together for a sizzling jam dubbed ‘Make Me Sing’ that has been received warmly by fans from both teams.
So far, the video has garnered more than a million views on YouTube and that number is rising.
But it was not smooth sailing while on set.
The video shoot is said to have been mauled by a series of drama with Diamond Platnumz causing issues on the production team for not following his script and specifications to the letter.
Shot in Jo’burg, South Africa by Director Nicky, the music shoot almost got paralyzed because the crew member, who was in charge of props, brought a black bed instead of a white one as agreed earlier.
Diamond did not budge until a white bed was brought on set and it was only then that the shoot continued.
The singer was heard saying that he really hates plan B’s or any sudden changes because they are very costly both financially but also logistically.
