Here’s why Bobi Wine’s new song might be banned!

Bobi Wine

By Lee Osbourne

Just a few days after musician Bobi Wine released his new song titled Bikwase Kyagulanyi, we are worried it could be banned. And here’s why…

In this song, Bobi Wine sings about defiance yet yesterday the government banned any activities and campaigns promoting defiance.

After listening to the lyrics of this song carefully, the self proclaimed Ghetto President sings that if one grows up in a Ghetto, attains education from there and stays in the Ghetto for life then that’s compliance but when one grows up in a Ghetto and later leaves to influence others in society as a leader then that’s defiance.

We hope the government does not impose a ban on this song because of its defiance message.

It should also be noted that early this year Bobi’s Dembe song was said to have been banned.

Listen to the song below.
