The event organizers (Balaam marketing team), Uganda Police and other security agencies today held a security meeting to discuss security guidelines for the smooth running of Chameleone’s concert.
According to Events security manager Dixon Okello, under listed are the security guidelines as discussed for Chameleone’s Wale Wale Double Trouble concert slated for this Friday, 1st May at Kyadondo Rugby grounds.
1.Gates will be opened at 4pm.The concert kicks off at 6pm- 11.50pm. Dr.Chameleone is expected to perform from 9pm.
2.Only security ,Ambulance,Fire truck,Organisers and Dr. Chameleon will be allowed to park at the venue.The general public will park at UMA grounds parking area. No body will be allowed to hang around the parking area.
3.Avoid carrying big bags and bottles to the venue.
4.Non performing artistes will not be allowed back stage.Any one found back stage without clearance,will be arrested.Fighting back stage or on stage will not be tolerated.
5.Queue in an orderly manner. Do not jump the queue.Line up in single file and don’t crowd, push or shove at the entrance.
6.The organisers and security,have the right of admission and will not hesitate to throw out or arrest any rowdy person.
7.Kindly alert the organisers or security when you notice any thing suspicious.
