Hellen Lukoma joins campaign to save young girls from being sold

Hellen Lukoma with EU Ambassador to Uganda

Singer cum actress Hellen Lukoma has shown support to a new good cause.

We have learnt that the “Allergy” singer has joined a campaign geared towards fighting for children’s rights and championing girl education.

She announced her new endeavors on social media where she posted: “Joining hands to save the girl child, saving gals of kalangala from being sold by their parents in exchange for fish. Let the girl child have a brighter future free from early pregnancy. Girl child education is key!”

The campaign is being supported by European Commission in Uganda.
