Uganda Cranes coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic has told Proline Football Club players that hard work counts a lot even if you have the natural talent.

“For great footballers, it’s more than just talent! Hard work counts a lot; you work hard to succeed and you do it with respect,” Coach Micho said during a players’ meeting yesterday.

The Serbian international had been invited by the club proprietor and tactician Mujjibu Kasule to give an inspirational talk to the newly promoted side ahead of the new season that kicks off in about two weeks.

Addressing the players after Micho’s speech, Mujjibu Kasule remarked that; “Micho’s presentation was simply inspiring. It was a clear message to our players. We have outstanding behaviour at Proline, our focus is on the discipline needed to achieve football and personal excellence.”

Proline is among the three teams invited by KCCA FC for the inaugural Phillip Omondi preseason tournament that is scheduled to take place on the 6-7th August weekend at Lugogo.
