Songbird Winnie Nwagi’s daughter, Destiny Mirembe, has turned a year older today.
The Swangz Avenue singer has taken to social media to mark her daughter’s 6th birthday, revealing how she is proud to be a mother.
She posted, “I didn’t give u the gift of life, Life gave me the gift of u my beautiful gal… Am so proud of u. Happy birthday Destiny.(sic)”
“I never knew how much love my heart could hold until someone called me Mummy,” she added.
Born on 6th March 2011, the “Musawo” star has had to raise the daughter as a single parent as she was abandoned by the father of her daughter during pregnancy.
