As if the ongoing investigation into embattled Good News Pastor Paul Mackenzie isn’t enough drama, fresh details have emerged on the scandal, pitting residents nearby the Shakahola forest against ghosts of the dead. Mapenzi Kahindi, 33, has come out to say that she hasn’t slept since Sunday, 23rd April. She says that every time she closes her eyes, she has nightmares. Her house has since been vacated, as she hears people walking on her mabati roof at night. She isn’t the only one. Bahati Mwamburi, her neighbor, has had to move her family to the Chief’s compound, after consistently seeing ghosts.

“Namala kwendye kwehu mino. Fundadzya mizimu kuku. Shoriyo ndamanya mwenye vikara ( I want to go home. There are ghosts here. Woe unto those who come here, they will see wonders)” she said. According to Mapenzi, more and more residents are fleeing the area, seeking shelters elsewhere as the threat of ghosts showing up unannounced in houses becomes more and more prominent.
“Tumekuwa tukiomba usaidizi kutoka kila mahali, lakini watu wengi wamekuwa waoga. Mtu tu wa kutegemewa amekuwa Dr. Mugwenu, mganga kutoka Vihiga. Hawa wengine, mapasta na wahubiri wote wametoroka” Bahati Mwamburi narrates. It has also become clear that every resident who has sought Dr. Mugwenu’s powerful protection spells no longer sees any ghosts.

Both Mapenzi and Bahati have become strong advocates of Dr. Mugwenu, urging residents to call Dr. Mugwenu to find reprieve, peace and prosperity. “Dr. Mugwenu pekee ndiye amekuwa suluhisho la kudumu kutokana na hawa mizimu inayotuhangaisha”. They both recommend anyone going through hauntings to contact Dr. Mugwenu on +254740637248 for more insights and consultations.
