There is a fresh feud that has erupted between legendary female singer Halima Namakula and renowned media personality Edward Sendikadiwa alias Eddie Sendi.
The verbal war sparked when Eddie Sendi demeaned Halima Namakula’s claims that she was endorsed by the Operation Wealth Creation chief-coordinator, Gen. Salim Saleh’s to run the UG-Connect Concert project on grounds of her unique vocability.
This was during one of his recent entertainment talk show dubbed ‘Talk and Talk’ on 90.4 Dembe FM.
Despite Eddie Sendi’s provocative words to her diminishing, Halima didn’t hesitate to grab an opportunity on Spark TV to fire back at him.
During her interview, Halima denied knowing Eddie Sendi.
However, Halima later said that she is only able to recognize Sendi among the short people.
“I won’t talk about Sendi, who is he? I don’t know who he is. Am so sorry who is Sendi? Who is he??? Is he short…??? If he is short, then I could be knowing him. You mean the one who is among the short men. This is not in bad faith by the way. You know my son told me that when you are talking about short me, you should be louder for people to hear you,” Halima Namakula said.
A liable source also reveals how the two nearly clashed physically at the Uganda Musicians’ Associations press conference on Wednesday, but singer Hanson Baliruno ceased the scuffle.
