Grace Sekamatte has joined forces with legendary Ugandan stars Jose Chameleone and Weasel on a new collaboration titled “Kampala.”
The song celebrates Uganda’s bustling capital city and its significance in the lives of millions who live, work, and dream there.
Kampala paints a vivid picture of the city as a land of opportunity — a place where people chase ambitions and build their futures.
In his verses, Sekamatte, who is currently based in the United States, sends warm greetings to everyone living in or returning to Kampala, expressing pride and affection for the city’s vibrancy.
Adding their signature touch, the Mayanja brothers — Chameleone and Weasel — elevate the song with their powerful vocals and energetic delivery, bringing a nostalgic yet uplifting feel to the collaboration.
The blend of Sekamatte’s voice and the brothers’ seasoned artistry makes “Kampala” a heartfelt song for Ugandans at home and abroad.
