GOtv Uganda has embarked on a retention campaign to reward customer loyalty with a free month of subscription.
GOtv Subscribers are bound to enjoy unbelievable entertainment with a guaranteed month free if they remain active on GOtv Plus or GOtv Value. Subscribers are required to consistently remain active from 1st July to 30th September 2016 and thereafter they will get October free. This is all geared towards appreciating customer loyalty as the GOtv brand is set to celebrate its 5 th anniversary in the market this year.
Making remarks on this campaign Patricia Kiconco, GOtv Brand Segment Manager said: “This campaign is pegged at demonstrating how grateful we are for our customer’s loyalty. It is aimed at inculcating a habit of uninterrupted viewing and in return customers will be rewarded. This is a token of appreciation for them to enjoy a free month on account of consistent viewing.”
The campaign is only applicable to GOtv Value or GOtv Plus subscribers. Customers on GOtv Lite would be required to upgrade to either Value or Plus to qualify for the campaign. The campaign doesn’t apply to customers who downgrade or disconnect during the three months period.

Customers should embrace this campaign so that they can enjoy the fruits of their loyalty with October on us.
