GOtv introduces ‘Plus Bouquet’ in Masaka

Uganda’s leading DTT pay television, GOtv has launched its superior package, GOtv Plus, to GO-getters in the greater Masaka at an affordable value of UGX 28,000 per month! The addition to the GOtv Value and GOtv Lite bouquets offers a variety of entertainment on 15 more exciting channels.

Making the announcement in a press statement, the GOtv Business Segment Manager, Patricia Kiconco, expressed her excitement to offer Masaka viewers an opportunity to enjoy the Plus bouquet, “We appreciate you all our Masaka GO-getters for your loyalty. We have delivered on our promise and there is no better time than now when we prepare to celebrate five (5) years of GOtv’s successful journey in the Ugandan Market.”

The GOtv Plus bouquet comes with an additional 15 channels in comparison to GOtv Value providing a plethora of world class entertainment for the whole family. GOtv Plus features channels such as Telemundo, Zee World, Sony Max, NatGeo Wild, Disney Junior, as well as exciting news and local channels along with additional sports channels SuperSport Select 2 and SS9.

“Masaka subscribers can now access our Full Entertainment package with programmes like If Only I were You, Agataliko nfufu, 1000 Ways to Die and some of the recently new added channels like SS Blitz and Emmanuel TV. Even better, GOgetters can join the rest of the World in watching the Rio Olympics,” Patricia added.

Albert Nga, GOtv Marketing Manager also stated that GOtv’s main objective as a brand is to reach Uganda as a whole while offering quality entertainment. He said, “GOtv covers all Uganda’s major towns including Arua, Lira, Gulu, Mbale, Kasese, Jinja, Entebbe, Iganga, Kampala, Mbarara, Masaka. We do not intend to stop there but to continue our expansion plan while at the same time making our services affordable.”

He added, “GOtv has rolled out a number of promotions for our subscribers because we believe loyalty deserves gratitude. We recently reduced prices on all GOtv hardware decoders from UGX 104,000 to UGX 87,500 with the aim of providing all round family entertainment ensuring many Ugandans as possible can afford high quality digital television services.”
