Uganda’s beloved gospel singer, Levixone, renowned for his philanthropic spirit, marked his birthday week with a heartwarming outreach to 350 mothers at Kiruddu Hospital, a branch of Mulago Referral Hospital.

Levixone, whose birth name is Lucas Lubyogo, has consistently dedicated himself to charitable activities, providing a glimmer of hope to those in need. As part of his birthday celebrations, he visited the newest mothers at Kiruddu Hospital, where he shared the uplifting message of our Lord Jesus Christ.

These mothers, facing dire conditions and often abandoned by their spouses and families, found solace in Levixone’s visit. The gospel singer and his team not only offered material support but also preached the good news, bringing comfort and encouragement to the women in their vulnerable moments.

Reflecting on the outreach, Levixone expressed gratitude for the opportunity to make a positive impact.

“We managed to share what little we had with over 350 mothers and their newborns, and being my birthday week, we cut cake together and celebrated. We bless the Lord that enabled us and used us mightily. I also want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone that came through and made this outreach possible. God bless you all. Much love,” read Levixone’s statement.

Born on December 7, 1992, in Nakasongola district, Levixone grew up under the care of his mother, Winnie Mutamba, and his stepdad. In 2012, Levixone discovered the truth about his birth from his mother, marking a significant chapter in his personal journey.

Levixone’s commitment to philanthropy and his ability to touch lives with both his music and acts of kindness continue to resonate, making him not only a celebrated gospel artist but also a beacon of hope for those in need.
