Gospel singer Levixone has received a nod in top Kenyan music awards.
The “Passport” singer has been nominated in Groove Awards, a premiere gospel music awards showcase in Kenya.
Levixone is nominated in the Eastern and Central Africa artiste of the year category where he will battle with musicians from Ethiopia, Rwanda, Tanzania and DRC for the coveted award.
He has expressed excitement about the nod and rallied support from his fans across the region to bring the award home.
He posted: “I want to bring you good news from Kenya. I have been nominated as the best East and central AFRICA artist of the year in the Groove awards 2017. I cant stop thanking my Jesus for loving Uganda at large. Let’s bring this home people.”
