While appearing on NTV’s the beat show hosted by Douglas Lwanga, Radio and Weasel made it clear that they are not separating anytime soon despite media reports that the two were at the verge of pursuing solo careers. The two artistes made it clear that they are big brands and Newspapers have taken this as an opportunity to make a living off them by writing stories that don’t make sense.
“They should concentrate on issues affecting the country instead of writing about us” Weasel said. The two made it clear that much as they drive different cars, make public appearances separately, they are still working together as the Goodlyfe crew.
A vividly angry Weasel then responded to reports in two local tabloids indicating that the two had slept with fellow musician Lilian Mbabazi and that no condom was used by Radio. “Why are you always shouting at us, leave our families alone, they don’t sing” he said. Radio already has a child with Lilian.
By the end of the show, the two musicians who have a concert on 2nd May 2014 were still throwing tantrums at the media when the cameras were put off. After the show, Douglas the hosted posted online saying “To the fans and media mwesonyiwe family ya RADIO.If u want peace.”
It has been reported in the recent past that the two were at the verge of separating due to some issues with Manager Jeff Kiwa. It was also reported that the two musicians were responsible for Lillian Mbabazi’s pregnancy. We will keep you posted.
