Golden band singer, Diana Namusoke to be laid to rest on Thursday

Golden band singer Diana Namusoke

Fallen Golden band singer, Diana Namusoke will be laid to rest this Thursday, 23rd February.

We have learnt that singer will be buried at her ancestral home in Kyamugamba village, Sembabule district.

Diana passed on Tuesday afternoon at Mirembe Hospital in Najjanankumbi after losing a battle to cancer.

The news of her death was announced by fellow Golden band singer Grace Nakamatte who posted online: “Sad news musician Diana Namusoke is gone. We as Golden Band Produc shall always miss u kitalo nyooo.”

Diana is known for songs like “Love Yo Kuvuganya”, “Defender”, “Sirikyusa”, “Dembe Lyaffe” and “Anjagala Nyo” among others.

Condolence messages continue to trickle in online from her fans and well wishers.

May her soul rest in peace!
