Ugandan singer Gabriel Kakuru aka Gabriel K has made a name in the music industry for investing heavily but also for rising fast through the ranks to one of the most viewed artistes in the country. Gabriel K in February released his latest album “Love Ocean” and the businessman has taken a shot at his earlier passion, acting.

Recently while on an interview with Nigerian Television, Aflik TV, an internationally recognised distributor of Nollywood movies and African inspired contents, Gabriel K disclosed he was taking another shot in acting and that he was joining the Nigeria film industry, Nollywood. Gabriel K in his earlier life once acted and has featured in projects like Mummy’s favourite, Sunrise among others. He however, also maintains he will still remain active with his music passion.

“Nollywood is no doubt the largest entertainment and movie industry in Africa. They have lots of talented stars with global recognition. My aim is to make a difference and possibly take over as one of the best actors out there.” he revealed.
