During his radio interview on Dembe FM’s ‘Talk & Talk’ show, G.N.L announced that he will be contesting for the UMA Presidential position.

The ‘Koyi Koyi’ crooner also laid some of the key areas he would tackle first once elected as the Uganda musicians’ head which includes economic empowerment and integrity building among artists.

“My mandate is to put in use many of the neglected opportunities in the music industry that I have cited. Also in the seat, I would make musicians of independent minds integrate together for a better digity through economic empowerment,” GNL Zamba said.

Zamba joins musicians such as Sophie Nantongo and Cindy Sanyu who have already displayed strong interest in position.

It’s close to a month now ever since singer Ykee Benda quit the UMA Presidential office, barely a year in service.
