Fresh Kid, real name is Patrick Ssenyonjo, at just 12 years old, is not only navigating the world of fame but is also preparing for his Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) and has paused his music career for now.
His eloquence and focus have drawn admiration from fans, with many crediting Kampala Parents Primary School for his academic and personal growth.
Fresh Kid joined Kampala Parents in 2019 under a scholarship from the Ruparelia Group, a move that has undeniably shaped his educational journey.
Reflecting on his time at the school, he expressed immense gratitude toward his teachers, acknowledging their role in preparing him and his peers for the PLE.

“I can’t be sure of the aggregates I will get, but I am confident I’ll get a first grade,” he said optimistically. He also revealed that he temporarily paused his music career to concentrate fully on his studies, showcasing a maturity beyond his years.
During the interview, Fresh Kid shared that his experience at Kampala Parents has gone beyond academics.
Over his five years there, he has formed strong friendships that have positively impacted his academic performance, offering support and motivation as they approach their final exams together.
Looking ahead, Fresh Kid has big aspirations for secondary school. He hopes to join prestigious institutions like Vienna College or St. Mary’s College Kisubi to continue his education.
