Frank Gashumba has advertised his daughter’s business and talked about the importance of family. Here’s what he posted:
“Parents must love, protect, defend, guide and mentor their Children thats why i spend most of my time with my family. These are the only people that will be there for me if am admited in a Hospital, if am in Prison or in trouble unlike my friends or my staff. Unfortunately we spend more time with so called friends who wont be there for you in time of need.
I have trained my girls to live as independents; that no man will ever respect them if they are exclusively broke, i’ave taught them self reliance, hard work, honesty, kindness, respect for others, empathy etc and i have always told them they can be anything they want to be as long as they are disciplined, focused and as long as they have a dream or goals to persue. Its not what we Leave for our children, its what we leave in their brains. We have seen business empires crambling because parents didnt groom their children to take over after them actually children should be groomed to take over us when we are still alive.
To Sheilah i have always told her to use the TV to brand herself postively and to use social media platforms to brand herself and use them to make money and trust me she is making money out of the social media. I have been telling her and all her friends, a woman’s best protection is that little money of her own. Thats why 7 months ago she started importing her from different parts of the World and selling it to her friends, she has a big network of her OGs friends in the media industry, music industry.
